Refund Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
If Podify isn't right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of your first payment. No form, no reason required.
The 14-day window
Email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full — monthly or annual, on any of the Starter, Growth and Pro plans. You don't have to explain why, and we won't ask you to sit through a retention offer.
The 14 days run from the payment, not from signup. Your 14-day free trial is separate and comes before any charge — you are not spending refund days while you are still on it.
After the 14 days
Past the window we don't refund the period you're in, but you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops all future billing and keeps your access until the period you already paid for runs out — you are never cut off the day you cancel.
Renewals
The 14-day guarantee covers your first payment. Renewals — the second month, the second year — are not refundable, because by then you've used the service for a full period and we email you before each one. Cancel before a renewal date and it never charges.
Switching plans is not a refund, and doesn't need one. Move up a tier and you're billed only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Move down and the difference is credited against your next renewal rather than paid back to your card.
How to request one
Email privacy@podifyapp.co from the address on your account and say you want a refund. We approve it within 5 business days.
The money itself comes back from Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they took the payment, so they issue the refund, and it goes back to the card or account you paid with. We can't send it anywhere else. How long your bank takes to show it is up to them, usually another 5 to 10 days.
A refund ends the subscription it paid for. Your hub stays online and readable at its address, but it stops accepting new episodes and stops pulling new uploads, exactly as it does when a trial ends. Nothing is deleted — see Terms of Service for what deleting your account does instead.
Your statutory rights
This policy is what we offer on top of the law, not instead of it. Where you live may give you a stronger right to a refund — a statutory cooling-off period, or a remedy when a service isn't as described. Nothing here limits those rights, and where they reach further than this page, they win.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. The policy that applies to a payment is the one published when you made it.
